About Janet Sandy
We are excited to announce our newest addition to the EverCare Family Practice family. Janet Sandy, FNP, is a Family Nurse Practitioner who came to New Mexico as a travel nurse. After serving the community at the Los Alamos Medical Center, she made the decision to stay and become a New Mexico resident. Janet began her nursing career in 2012 after graduating from Kettering College with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. During her time as a Registered Nurse, she specialized in women’s health for seven years in Labor and Delivery. She went on to attend and graduate from Cedarville University in 2021 with her Master of Science in Nursing. Janet has joined our team as a Family Nurse Practitioner, bringing with her extensive knowledge and experience in women’s health. Janet is looking forward to welcoming both new and existing patients to her practice.
Originally from Florida, Janet grew up all over the world in a military family. She came to New Mexico in 2021 where she made the decision to take permanent residency after falling in love with the sunshine. During her free time, Janet enjoys flower gardening, landscaping, biking, hiking, and travel. As a mother of three grown children and grandmother of three amazing grandchildren, Janet is an advocate for strong families and traditional families.
